Departure Date and pick up-point:  The date is as outlined in your booking confirmation document and your pick-up point and time will be confirmed on your hotel notice board.

Provided with the compliments of the South Australian Tourism Commission, during your stay in Adelaide you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the history of one of Australia’s oldest, most iconic wineries, enabling you to unearth the soul of Australian wine on a tour of Penfolds Magill Estate.  

Situated on one of the world’s few urban single vineyards, the spiritual home of Penfolds is only 15-20 minutes from Adelaide city centre. Make your own way to the designated meeting point (to be outlined in your final travel itinerary), where you will join the coach transfer to Penfolds. 

Upon arrival you will take a guided walk through the original working winery, explore the vineyards and uncover the historic tales of the underground drives. 

Your experience will conclude with a casual Penfolds wine tasting experience showcasing the Australian Collection. Please note that this is a large group wine tasting in a standing area and seating is not available.  

Upon conclusion of the visit, you will board your transfer coach for the return journey to Adelaide.
