Day 1 Your Lions Adventure Begins

Your Lions adventure begins in Queensland. Make your way to Hotel Indigo with like-minded fans where you will be checking in for four nights Here you’ll be able to immerse yourself in the historic city and its wonderful climate! Welcome to Australia!

Day 2 See Brisbane From Above

Explore Brisbane, a city bursting with energy and culture. Take a walk through the Mt Coot-tha Forest to one of the many picnic areas, or if you’re feeling adventurous visit the Mt Coot-tha Lookout for the best view of Brisbane. Stunning.

Day 3 Australia Zoo

If you fancy a bit of an adventure, why not head to Brisbane zoo, located on the Sunshine Coast. Here you will have the chance to get up close and personal with plenty of exotic animals.

Or you can stay in the city and visit nearby attractions such as the Wheel of Brisbane and the historic Gabba cricket ground or immerse yourself in at the Australian Sports Museum.

Day 4 Lions Den – First Test – Suncorp Stadium

What a way to start a huge Test match day against the Wallabies!

Enjoy a relaxed morning before making your way to our incredible Lions Den – the biggest and best pre-match party there is.

Meet and mingle with like-minded fans as the Sea of Red grows, enjoy inclusive food and drink, hear from some of the biggest names in rugby, enjoy fantastic entertainment, music and games before kick off.

It then time for the first Test against the Wallabies at the Suncorp Stadium, a very special moment where Lions fans will be back for the first time in eight years – and you will be there.

Day 15 Hobart to Sydney

The final chapter.  A transfer will take you to the airport for you flight to Sydney for your stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, ahead of an incredible finale to your Lions tour.

Day 16 Sydney sites & sun

Explore some of Sydney’s iconic landmarks including the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, and Darling Harbour. Or take the day to experience one of the world’s most iconic beaches – Bondi Beach. Bondi is the perfect location to see how the locals kick back and relax.

Day 17 Lions Theatre

The countdown to a thrilling finish starts here: Our Lions Theatre. Unrivalled, epic, a wonderful look at Lions history featuring some of the biggest names in the business. Live entertainment, the chance to make memories and celebrate the Lions in perfect style.

Day 18 Lions Den- Third Test- Accor Stadium

The beginning of a thousand goodbyes. There won’t be a dry eye in the house when the Lions Den cranks into top gear to celebrate everything that is good about these famous red jerseys. Great acts, inclusive food and drink, music, legends and so much more. This is where the action is. And then it’s to the Accor Stadium for the potential decider. This is where the Sea of Red needs to be at its loudest and proudest as the 2025 Lions aim for history. Magical.

Day 5 Brisbane to Cairns

On the fifth day of the tour, you will move from Brisbane to Cairns as your Lions adventure continues at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cairns. With pre-arranged airport transfers, we’ll do the hard work for you, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the experience.

Day 6 Explore Cairns

Explore the far north of Queensland and tropical paradise of Cairns. Embark on a fascinating journey and discover Australia’s wet tropics by the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway or compliment your Skyrail experience by including Kuranda Scenic Railway, this historic train winds its way through the mountains between Cairns and Kuranda.

Day 7 The Great Barrier Reef

Explore one of the seven natural wonders of the world on scuba diving expedition. This once in a life opportunity will allow you to explore the deeper realms of the reef’s intricate eco-system and to get close to the wildlife. Simply an incredible holiday experience.

Immerse yourself in Tasmania’s western wilderness and step aboard Spirit of the Wild and discover the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. Experience the untouched rainforest, rugged history and fascinating characters of Tasmania’s west coast.

Day 14 Cradle Mountain

The adventures keep on coming. Get out and explore Tasmania’s majestic mountains with a hike around Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park that offers dramatic views and unique grasslands. On day nine, you will travel to Melbourne – a sporting mecca and a cultural haven that is perfect for exploring. Upon arrival to Melbourne your transfer will pick you up and you will check into the Crown Metropol Melbourne for three nights.

Day 10 Lions Theatre

Another Lions first and something not to be missed.

If you love Lions history and heritage, our Lions Theatre will take you somewhere very special.

Exclusively available with us, we will bring together a host of the biggest names in Lions history so you can uncover the heroes and personalities who have played their part in making The Lions the greatest touring rugby team in the world.

Day 11 Lions Den – Second Test – MCG

What a day this promises to be.

Arguably the biggest Lions Test match of all time will be in front of 100,000 fans at the MCG but before that it’s back to the Lions Den for more fantastic entertainment, food, drink and action that is all included in your package.

You’ve got to be at the biggest party in town ahead of kick off.

Day Trip to Adelaide

Wednesday 30 July - Departs 9:30 AM / Returns 17:00 PM

The Barossa is in South Australia, about 70km north-east of Adelaide, the state’s capital city.   Your trip will include a visit of the city centre, The State Library of South Australia and lunch at a local wine bar and kitchen. 

The State Library is the information heart of South Australia, located in the North Terrace Cultural Precinct.  You will have the opportunity to explore all three buildings: the award-winning contemporary Catherine Helen Spence Wing with its iconic glass foyer, the Mortlock Wing with its 19th century Victorian splendour, and the 1861 heritage listed Institute Building.

Sweeping stadium views, stylish bar and lounge, premium menu and extensive wine list.  Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen is one of Adelaide’s most impressive dining experiences.

Extending across level three of Oval Hotel and into the iconic Adelaide Oval, Bespoke’s unique setting makes a stunning backdrop lunch.

Executive Chef Daniel Simpson’s modern Australian menu brings bold flavours to life through fresh, seasonal produce.  Two drinks are included, and you may choose from house wine, beer or a soft drink.

After lunch you will be transferred to the North Terrace, Adelaide city where you can choose to spend your time either at Rundle Mall, The Art Gallery of South Australia or South Australian Museum.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  We have been advised that the carpet is being replaced in the Mortlock Chamber (section of the library) and we are now unable to conduct tours through this section during July so we will amend the Private tour of the State Library slightly and now include access to the basement (old & rare artifacts storage) which is an area of the library usually inaccessible to the public. 

 

Private 60 minute tour of State Library of South Australia | 30 July 2025 – 11:00am

Guests will have the opportunity to explore one of South Australia’s great institutions and take a look behind the shelves. An expert librarian will take you on a walk sharing stories of how the State Library began. Your experience starts at the historic Adelaide Circulating Library to learn the history of the building. By 1861, the collection of books held there was to became the first public library in South Australia. The Adelaide Circulating Library has been used in the past as a backdrop to several movies including Shine and Gallipoli. Continue your way to the basement to see some of the interesting old & rare artifacts housed in the library. Discover how the state’s most important treasures are maintained in the state-of-the-art storage and how the preservations team cares for the collection.
