Yes, the Priority Access Passes are fully refundable up until 23:59 on 30 November 2025. However, please speak to the Sales Team who can look into finding a package that meets your requirements.

When does the PAP payment get deducted from the package?

Your PAP payment gets deducted from your final balance payment when due.

A friend wants to be added to my booking, is that possible?

Absolutely. All you will need is your booking reference number to add a friend to your booking. But please remember, they will also need a Priority Access Pass to have access to our packages when they become available, during the Priority Access Pass window.
