FAQs
When will I receive my merchandise?
Merchandise packs will be dispatched to the lead booker who will be responsible to distribute the items to their travelling party, throughout June 2025 and further details regarding dispatch will be emailed ahead of delivery.
Where will my merchandise be sent?
Merchandise packs will be distributed to the lead bookers address provided at the time of booking or the postal address if you have supplied us with an alternative address for physical deliveries.
What if I have changed my address since booking?
Please advise us if your address has changed since the booking was made or if you require your items to be dispatched to an alternate address. Any request to amend an address must be made in writing to customerservices@lionstour.com. Should you require an international delivery then additional fees will apply, and local customs/import fees and taxes may also be payable.
What size(s) merchandise are you sending me/my party?
All the sized items have been ordered in the size(s) that you submitted at the time of booking, unless we have been otherwise notified following the merchandise communication sent on 20 June 2024. Unfortunately, we are now no longer able to amend any sizes, items cannot be traded for alternate items and no cash alternative is available.
