We are delighted to confirm the excursion to Springbrook National Park can be included in tours BAD, BAE, PAG, and LAB.
Enjoy a day of discovery and delight in the heart of the Gold Coast Hinterland. Begin your tour from your hotel where your vehicle awaits to take you on an unforgettable journey to the Gold Coast Hinterland and Springbrook National Park.
Your adventure begins at Coombabah Lake Conservation Park. Here, your experienced guides will help you spot Australia’s favourite locals – kangaroos and koalas in their natural habitat (sightings not guaranteed) while sharing unique cultural insights into the lives of the local Aboriginal Yugambeh people.
Next, continue to Springbrook National Park and step back into the Jurassic Era as you explore the ancient Gondwana rainforest, dating back over 100 million years. Enjoy a guided walk to the famous Natural Bridge waterfall. You can’t help but feel a sprirual connection to the ancient forest as it opens up to reveal sparkling fresh waters cascading through the roof of the basalt cave, home to a small colony of bats and glow worms.
Enjoy a relaxing lunch at Beechmont Hotel and conclude your day with a curated wine tasting session at Mt Nathan Winery, sampling locally produced award-winning wines. Finally, return to your Hotel at the Gold Coast, enriched by a day of nature, culture, and indulgence.
