Please note that your international luggage allowance, maximum weight and individual item dimensions may be different to those permitted on board your allocated domestic flights in Australia. Where your international flight and domestic flights have been booked by us as part of your travel package, any additional cost incurred to carry your international weight allowance onboard domestic flights will be paid for by us, however you are recommended to pack cases that are aligned to the domestic flight luggage restrictions or use luggage that can be downsized. Please note that if your booking reference starts AUFT and you are on a flight and ticket only package or starts AULE which means your international flight is not included, then this does not apply and you will be responsible for any additional luggage cost on domestic services.
We are unable to pre-book additional luggage in advance of travel, and this can only be requested on the day, at the airport. Please be aware additional checked in luggage may not travel on the same service as you and may follow on a later flight, subject to the loading capacity that an individual aircraft has. In this case the airline will be responsible for transferring your luggage to you at your hotel. Therefore, please ensure when travelling that you have luggage tags which clearly show your onward address.
Please note that seat selection, online check-in, seat upgrades and priority boarding are not available when you are travelling on group services. Unfortunately, your domestic flights cannot be cancelled, amended, or altered in any way.

Please note that when a maximum dimension is provided this is calculated by adding width, height and depth of baggage, and no single piece of luggage can weigh over 32kg.
