Your ticket upgrade opportunity

It’s great you are interested in upgrading the match tickets within your package.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you and provide as much information as possible so you can make your choice.

The stadium maps below give an indication of the different ticket category locations.

If you would like to upgrade your match tickets, this upgrade must be applied for all Test Matches and to all travellers in your booking as we are unable to accept partial requests within a booking.  If you have previously requested to link your booking to another travelling party, to keep you seated together in the stadium, both travelling parties must be in the same ticket category which means both would have to upgrade.

If you are successful with your ticket upgrade an invoice will be issued to you by email and the 100% non-refundable amount will be due for payment within seven days of receipt of the invoice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • This relates only to Test Match tickets. Any other matches within your package will remain unaffected. There may be an opportunity to upgrade these at a later date. 
  • Requests to upgrade are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability 
  • All members of your party must upgrade into the same ticket Category 
  • Any separate bookings that have requested to be seated together will all need to upgrade to the same ticket category to remain linked/seated together   
  • Once you have made the decision to upgrade your tickets, you will not be able to subsequently downgrade them 
  • The upgrade is an amendment to your original booking 
  • The original terms and conditions sent with your booking confirmation will continue to apply and govern your amended package, the match ticket terms and conditions also apply to the upgraded ticket
